Flight Crew (General)
General membership gives you access to convention functions for the duration of the event.

Founder Add-on
The founder add-on can be purchased by members at any membership level. Founders are amazing people who choose to directly help the convention succeed. As a token of our appreciation, all founders will receive:
- Founder ribbon.

Minors
Minors aged 13-17 at the start of the event must purchase membership for admission. Membership is available via pre-registration for minors who are at least 13 years of age. There is no discount on membership fees and dues for minors.
A completed and notarized Parental Consent Form must be filed with registration for minors to be given their badge or other admission device. Minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Membership is required of all accompanying adults.
Children
Children aged 0-12 at the start of the event are permitted only if accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please DO NOT pre-register children under the age of 13. Membership is not required of children. Instead, if pre-registering, adults may indicate the number of children they will be bringing. Membership is required of all accompanying adults.
A completed and notarized Parental Consent Form must be filed with registration for children to be given their admission device. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Dealers
If you are planning on selling manufactured or wholesale goods, or would prefer a more dedicated space to sell your arts professionally, you’ll need to apply for a slot in our Dealer Den. All information for dealers can be found on our Dealer Information Page.
Artists
The Artist Alley is intended for artists and creators making small hand-made crafts to be able to sell these items and take commission work at Bewhiskered. The tables within this space are free to attendees, but are on a first-come first-served basis upon sign-in at the convention store. Please make sure you are fully informed as to the rules and policies of the Artist Alley found here.
The Artist Alley hours are:
Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
DJs
Bewhiskered DJ positions are by application only. If you are selected as a DJ, you will have our deep thanks and be compensated a general (flight crew) level membership. See the DJ Application to apply and for all additional details.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I need my ID at registration?
Yes. Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID with you to registration. Your ID will be required to receive your badge.
My plans have changed. Can I refund my membership?
Refunds are available on request until 11:59 pm on October 14th, 2021. Please email contact@bewhiskeredcon.org with your request.
The registration page says you're sold out. Will there be another chance to register?
We currently have limited registration due to health and safety measures put in place for COVID. More registration slots will open has guidelines allow. Be sure to follow our social media to receive the latest updates.
What is reserved registration?
Some of our registration slots are reserved for dealers and other folks. If you qualify for reserved registration, we will send you the information directly.
