Marriott at Research Triangle Park
A one-night deposit (plus tax) is required to make a reservation. The Marriott at RTP will be processing these deposits approximately two months before BWS 2021. It may take several business days for the deposit to appear on your bank statement once processed by the hotel. This deposit is non-refundable so please be certain of your attendance before booking.
Bewhiskered 2021 will be hosted in the Marriott at Research Triangle Park, just a few minutes drive away from the state’s capital and RDU airport. The hotel has a lot to offer, including modern guest rooms, a spacious lobby and adjacent courtyard, and an on-site restaurant and market for those who don't want to miss a minute of the action. Multiple food options are within easy driving distance for parties that want to get out and explore.

Directions
Marriott at Research Triangle Park is located in Durham, NC just off of I-40. Take exit 281 onto Miami Blvd, then take the next right onto Guardian Drive. Parking in the hotel lot is complimentary for all Bewhiskered guests.

What if COVID-19 prevents me from attending?
Should COVID-19 affect Bewhiskered 2021, or prevent you from attending the convention, please reach out to the hotel directly.
I just made a reservation, when will I see the deposit on my bank statement?
The Marriott will not begin processing deposits until approximately two months before BWS 2021 due to our pre-con COVID safety check (see our COVID policy). After this point, please give the hotel three business days to process the deposit. If you’re waiting longer than that please reach out to us at contact@bewhiskeredcon.org.
Does the hotel have any rollaway beds, cribs, or sleeper sofas?
The hotel does not have rollaway beds nor do the rooms have a sleeper sofa in them. Cribs are available upon request but may be subject to availability. Please reach out to the hotel before you arrive should you need a crib.
What is the earliest time I can check into my room?
Check in is at 4 PM, the Marriott will do its best to accommodate attendees should they arrive earlier.
How old do I have to be to check into my room?
The hotel requires that you are at least 18 years old to check into your hotel.
